Rebecca Sanborn: Coffeeshop Conversations #126 - A new baby due in January, oh and a new album

By TOM D'ANTONI // A new Swansea album might be the headline...but not with a baby due in January!

Welcome back to World Cup Coffee and Tea at NW 18th and Glisan for another OMN Coffeeshop Conversation.

With me today is Rebecca Sanborn who was first here way back in February of 2015. She’s a composer, keyboardist and singer in the Blue Cranes, Loch Lomand, Swansea and a few others. Swansea has a new album called Flaws.

Last time she was here we talked about how she was able to combine band mate and soul mate considering her husband Ji Tanzer is in most of the bands she is in, including Swansea.

Well, they have a brand new collaboration. A baby, due just after New Year’s.

How is that going to work? And what’s it been like bringing a new life into the world in the midst of a rich and busy musical career?

She has thoughts. She has thoughts about everything.

Here's her Coffeeshop Conversation from February 2015
