This month PDX Spotlight sticks with the youth movement and welcomes folk rock band Kaiya on the Mountain.   Hailing from Austin, TX singer Kaiya Pelletier has found her voice and her band here in Portland.   Still just 20, Kaiya and her band are preparing for their upcoming EP release this Friday at the White Eagle and have a bright future in Portland and beyond.  Watch the full episode here or at PDXSpotlight.com
