Four Tet - Boiler Room London, Live Set

By MEGHAN KEARNEY// London’s Four Tet to bring entrancing electronic performance to Portland’s Wonder Ballroom Wednesday, May 4th.

Electronic artist, Kieran Hebden, better know on stage as Four Tet, will bring his dreamy electro-act to Portland this coming Wednesday. Brimming with expansive styles that cross electronic, house, trip-hop; collaborations with artists like Jamie xx; and credited for mixes spanning from Coldplay, to Black Sabbath.

Know for curating incredible eclectic dance parties, that in some cases last upwards of four hours, Four Tet creates a fully immersive experience in sound and visual with sets that ease in through ambient minimalist sounds building and bouncing between beautifully frantic house and dance beats.

His most recent album, Morning/Evening, samples vocals from Indian playback singer Lata Mangeshkar, showcasing a constant drive to craft novel and unique sounds blended with electronic across his records.
