By CHRISTINA HALL // Bebe kicked off her set with I’m Not High, I’m in Love. With a plethora of strobes, a fan blowing Bebe’s curled hair, it gave a disco vibe that would carry on throughout the night.
Zolita opened the Best F*n Night of My Life Tour with the song I F*ing Love You weaving in that she loved Portland. She commented on how colorful the crowd was and how it made her happy during Pride month. Her drummer came to the front to back her up on guitar as she played acoustic and sang, Ashley. She introduced her latest single, Grave, a song about taking the high road when someone has done you wrong. She finished her set with a cover of Carrie Underwood’s Before He Cheats, changing the lyrics to Before She Cheats and her most well-known song, Somebody I F*cked Once.
Bebe Rexha made her way to the stage following her band donned in matching studded jackets and dancers with flamingo feather sleeves. She wore an orange metallic fringe jacket that covered a matching orange sequenced jumpsuit. She kicked off her set with I’m Not High, I’m in Love. After a few songs, she talked to the crowd a little bit before asking if she could play some of her throwbacks. This led to a mealy of Atmosphere, Gateway Drug, and Bad Bitch. She talked to the crowd a little bit more before she asked for someone in the crowd to be removed for booing, stating that she didn’t want any negativity that night. She went on to dedicate the next song, Sacrifice, to the girls which gave the fans permission to have a dance party. The floating Crystal Ballroom floor was definitely felt as the crowd jumped to Call on Me.
Bebe brought up two fans to have a dance-off to Hey Mama. Right after, she sang an acoustic version of, I’m Gonna Show You Crazy. She explained that it was the second song she ever put out and wrote it during a very dark time when she first saw a therapist and didn’t want to take medication.
The dance party continued before Bebe put on a long flowing cape to sing, Meant to Be. As with the rest of the night, the crowd could be heard singing along. To finish the night, she sang I’m Good, not before stopping to refreshingly ask the crowd to put down their phones. They continued on to the have the Best F*n Night of Their Lives.
