Roy Ayers did not appear but not because he was "rushed to a hospital" as some reported. He tweeted this response to those stories:

"I am home and was NEVER rushed to the hospital in Portland.I Got a bit turned around at the airport.securtiy was concerned,medics took me to hospital where my wife&daughter came to get me a take me home.thanks to all for your concern and well wishes." -- Ed.
