Devin Phillips and Tom D'Antoni: Jazz Conversation - PDX Jazz Festival 2016

This was not the scheduled Portland Jazz Festival Jazz Conversation at the Art Bar in the Portland Center for Performing Arts on Thursday, February 18. It was supposed to be between saxophonists Sonny Fortune and Devin Phillips. Fortune's travel fortunes misfired and he was unable to be there. Rather than cancel, I sat down with Phillips, as I have done several times before. This is the result.
