Accent Network, a Portland social service charity oriented towards Slavic immigrants and refugees, presented a concert of classical and Ukrainian music at The Old Church Concert Hall to benefit medical relief supplies for Ukraine, on March 26, 2022.

This was an evening that was deeply meaning to me. I found the musical offerings... and the musicians incredibly passionate and beautifully interpretive of the music they were performing. The finale, with everyone standing for the National Anthem of Ukraine, brought tears to my eyes. A beautiful event. I'm so glad to have seen the marvelous turnout and the generosity of offerings.... and all for an enormously important cause.
