The 2026 Stars On Ice tour mesmerized Portland audiences at Veterans Memorial Coliseum on May 24, bringing together Olympic medalists and world skating champions from the 2026 Winter Games. The evening delivered a more relaxed and entertaining atmosphere than Olympic competition, allowing the skaters to showcase both their athleticism and personalities in a fun, theatrical setting, instead of the stress of competition.
The show opened with the full cast warming up together to Tommy Profitt’s “Brink of Annihilation/Fearless,” energizing the crowd, while introducing each talented figure skater.
U.S. National silver medalist Andrew Torgashev kicked off the show with his individual performance to the song “Out of Time” (Bradley Cooper, followed by Isabeau Levito who skated beautifully to Madonna's "Material Girl".
Magical ice dancers Christina Carreira and Anthony Ponomarenko were the first duo to hit the ice, captivating the fans to the music of “Say It Right/Maneater” (Nelly Furtado).
Alysa Liu, was fresh off her gold medal victory at the 2026 U.S. Figure Skating Championships, continued to impress audiences with her bubbly personality and artistry. Alysa danced to her musical choices of “Promise” (Laufey) and "Stateside” (PinkPanthress with Zara Larsson).
Olympic gold medalists Madison Chock and Evan Bates mesmerized the arena with a dramatic flamenco-inspired routine to “Paint It Black" (Ramin Djawadi). Chock, dressed as a matador, playfully teased her newlywed husband Evan Bates, who portrayed the bull in their flawlessly choreographed performance.
Ilia Malinin delivered an emotional ice dance to Yungblud’s rendition of KISS’ “I Was Made For Lovin’ You,” gliding across the ice with a single rose before tossing it to a lucky fan in the audience.
Olympic gold champion, Amber Glenn brought high energy to the rink with a fun, uplifting routine to Madonna’s “Like a Prayer.”
Duet skaters Ellie Kam and Danny O’Shea wowed the audience with breathtaking acrobatic lifts and Cirque du Soleil-style choreography set to Pitbull.
Fan favorite, Jason Brown charmed the crowd with a whimsical, comedic performance full of personality and props.
Throughout the evening, many routines featured the skaters performing together as a synchronized ensemble, adding team spirit and camaraderie to the production.
