Rose City Comic Con - Portland Convention Center, September 22 - 24, 2023

The 2023 Rose City Comic Convention at the Portland Convention Center was the biggest event in town this past weekend. Every September, fans of pop culture, comics and Anime dress up as their favorite characters, more adults than children were having most of the fun.

Bystanders who didn’t know what was going on, were checking their calendars, wondering if it was Halloween already.
