Blues musical Buried Fire opens Wednesday

By Scott Cunningham // The musical centers on the lovelife of a blues singer who discovers the flame burning for a lost love after running into her 20 years after their first entanglement. Oh, yeah, he's now married.

As a follow up to his 2015 CD release "Where Love Begins", Dave Fleschner has teamed up with playwright Wayne Harrel to produce Buried Fire, a blues-based musical rooted in the music from "Where Love Begins."
