Boy Harsher (Night 2), October 10th at Revolution Hall - Preview

Back in 2022, we were all itching to get back out and see live bands again, and we did so with Covid-19 still highly influencing how and when we enjoy shows. When Boy Harsher came to Portland in 2022, they were booked for two nights at Wonder Ballroom but because of restrictions the show was then postponed and rescheduled as one night at Crystal Ballroom.

It’s been 4 long years since Boy Harsher has played live in Portland, and when the band plays here it feels like they are giving far more than their usual due to the band’s cult following. That same following is responsible for their October 9th date at Revolution Hall selling out very quickly, which was followed by a second date added swiftly on Saturday October 10th. 

They haven’t released a new studio album since 2022’s The Runner, but Boy Harsher’s popularity at the forefront of darkwave scene hasn’t at all waned in the time between albums. While there have been side projects like Augustus Miller’s Safe Mind to tide us over, a remix EP, and a track for the 2022 film Halloween Ends; nothing will excite fans more than the live debut of new songs from their still untitled full-length.

And The Heartbreak Tour at Revolution Hall is your best bet for hearing new Boy Harsher songs before their next full-length drops. See them live on Night 2 on Saturday October 10^th.
