They tell us:

I'm thrilled to announce that our first single release is done! (The video above is not it. --- ed) We've been working on it for a while now, and have taken our sweet time to get to the heart of our intention for the song. We're doing things a bit differently—working on one song at a time, releasing us from the pressure of rushing, and allowing ourselves the time and freedom to do the best job we can on every piece.

"Here Comes the Rain Again" was written by Annie Lenox and David Stewart and was released by the British duo Eurythmics in January of 1984. The song embodies the struggle to balance opposing emotions of sadness and hope, something we all know. Mario Diaz joins us on classical guitar, lending a beautifully moving voice. I learned a whole new instrument to play on this recording: the all-but-extinct old-fashioned mellophone is haunting and beautiful, and perfect for this piece.

We have another recording in the works—our original called "Dear Alice", which you may have heard us perform live. Sales of this first release will go toward finishing this next one. We hope to have a full CD in about a year, but in the meantime, we hope you'll like and buy this first release.
