Train with Natasha Bedingfield and O.A.R at Sunlight Supply Amphitheater on 07/14/17

By: BRENT ANGELO //

Last Friday, Train brought their Play That Song Tour to the Sunlight Supply Amphitheater. Well known for their good time rock n roll sound, their recent show had an even more a special feeling than usual.

Openers Natasha Bedingfield and O.A.R. didn’t just play opening sets, they were all brought back at various times througout the Train set to play. There seemed to be a real family-like connection between all three bands as all three groups deeply thanked each other throughout the night.

There was also a touch of sadness from them as the Ridgefield show was their second to last show of the tour. Pat Monahan, Train’s lead vocalist really got his fans going during numerous sing alongs, dancing in the aisles and he even made time during “If It’s Love” to take selfies with his fan’s cell phones. His daughter even came out to dance with him while he sang. Lot of love and fun at this year’s show.
