Anderson East at Revolution Hall Friday night

Anderson East is quickly solidifying his position as one of the hottest Southern Soul performers in the country. He makes a stop in Portland on Friday when he performs at Revolution Hall. Consider yourself lucky, though, if you've got tickets: The date has been sold out for some time.

"Encore" is his latest release and is a great album with all the right elements. Lyrics, vocals, instrumentation, and the amazing production touch of Dave Cobb make this East's best album yet. The latest single from the album, Girlfriend, is one of the top Triple-A radio tracks at the moment. Check it out in the rather clever video found below.
